Kisli for iPhone, version 1.0

Tell us what you tried to do, what happened, and the version shown at the bottom of the Settings screen. Please do not send real financial data.
How do I start?
On first launch you choose between “Try with demo data” and “Start with my own numbers”. The demo has about 45 sample transactions and is stored apart from your data. You can switch between the two in Settings.
Does Kisli connect to my bank or credit card?
No. You enter data by hand, import it from a CSV file, or add it with Kisli's action in the Shortcuts app. Kisli never asks for passwords or card numbers.
What is the “free-to-plan estimate”?
What is left to plan with until your next income, after expected charges, essentials and the safety buffer you set. Tap “How is this calculated?” to see every line of the calculation and its assumptions. It is an estimate based on what was entered, not financial advice.
Where is my data stored?
On your device only. Full details are in the privacy policy.
How do I export or back up my data?
Settings → Privacy → “Export CSV” or “Export JSON”. The file is saved or shared wherever you choose.
How do I delete my data?
Settings → “Delete all my data”. Deletion is permanent. In demo mode, “Reset demo” rebuilds the sample data.
How do I change the language?
Settings → Language → עברית or English. It can also be changed on the welcome screen. Your data and your place in the app are kept.
I counted my wallet and the amount does not match. What happens?
Kisli saves the difference as a dated “unclassified gap” and does not change earlier transactions. You can see the gap in the activity list.
What are the leaves and the island?
A game layer. You earn leaves for reviewing, planning and tidying up, never for spending. They are not money, cannot be bought, and there are no cash prizes.
How do I import a CSV file?
Home → Data sources → “Choose CSV file”. The file needs a header row with date, amount and merchant columns (in English or Hebrew). Importing the same file again never duplicates transactions. Excel files are not supported.
How do I use the action in the Shortcuts app?
Open Shortcuts, create a new shortcut, add an action, search for “כיסלי” (Kisli) and choose ״הוספת תנועה לכיסלי״ (Add a transaction to Kisli). Fill in the amount, and optionally a merchant name. The transaction is recorded as provisional on the credit card set up in Kisli. The action records only what you pass to it: Kisli does not know when you pay and receives nothing from payment apps.
